Diseases and conditions for which treatment must not be carried out!
pregnancy and
Mental illnesses.
Tendency to form lumpy scars.
Insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus.
HIV.
Poor blood clotting ability, hemophilia, taking anticoagulants (anticoagulant drugs, for example aspirin, cardiomagnyl).
Hepatitis.
Skin disease in the period of exacerbation.
Oncological diseases and recovery period after chemotherapy (the treatment can only be carried out with the written consent of the attending physician and is mandatory).
Taking cortisone-containing preparations, hormonal treatment.
Reduced immunity (congenital or after previous illness).
Use of botulinum toxin injections less than 2 weeks before treatment.
Guidelines & Terms and Conditions
Salon de beauté respects its customers and PMU artists. Therefore, we ask you to comply with our General Agreements/Guidelines T&C Extension.
PMU treatments are carried out by appointment. When making an appointment, we require a deposit. This will be offset against the final price after the treatment has been carried out. The binding appointment and acceptance of the order is made by the customer making the deposit.
ALLGEMEINE VEREINBARUNG
Wir bitten sie sich mit unserem Standort in der Breitenfurterstrasse 376/1/2 1230 Wien vertraut zu machen, dies dient dafür Ihre Anreise Komfortabel und Pünktlich zu gestalten. Wenn Sie mit dem Auto anreisen berücksichtigen Sie bitte die Verkehrssituation in Wien. Die Busstation und der Bahnhof Liesing liegt in der Nähe,und in 6 Minuten Fußweg erreichen Sie unser Salon. Bitte planen sie ihre Ankunft so, dass sie mindestens ca. 10 Minuten vor der Behandlung bei uns eintreffen, um Verspätungen zu vermeiden.
Aus Respekt zu jedem von uns können Verspätungen mehr wie 20 Minuten nicht akzeptiert werden. Im Fall einer Verspätung zum vereinbarten Termin um mehr als 20 Minuten, sind wir berechtigt, den Termin abzusagen und die Anzahlung nicht zu erstatten. Die Entscheidung wird dem Beauty Team überlassen und hängt davon ab, ob ihre Behandlungsdauer aufgrund eines nachfolgenden Termins pünktlich beendet werden kann.
Im Falle einer Verspätung kann ein neuer Termin mit einer erneuten Anzahlung vereinbart werden. Die erste Beratung ist immer kostenfrei und unverbindlich. Für weitere Beratungen gelten die Preise lt. unserer Preisliste.
STORNIERUNG, VERSCHIEBUNG
Können sie den vereinbarten Termin nicht wahrnehmen, bitten wir sie uns mindestens 48 Stunden vorher (2 Werktage Montag-Freitag) über Terminstornierung bzw. Verschiebung zu informieren.
Bei kurzfristigen Absagen innerhalb von 24 Stunden vor dem vereinbarten Behandlungstermin wird die Anzahlung nicht erstattet. In diesem Fall sind wir berechtigt 100% der Behandlungskosten in Rechnung zu stellen.
BERATUNG
Sie haben das Recht auf eine kostenlose Beratung, die ca 15 – 30 Minuten dauert. Bitte immer mit Voranmeldung. Im Rahmen der Beratung helfen wir ihnen. Sie können auch ihren uns kennenlernen und bekommen alle Ihre offenen Fragen beantwortet.
Weiter benötigte Beratungen sind kostenpflichtig und werden laut unserer Preisliste fällig.
ANZAHLUNG
Die PMU Beauftragung und Haarverlängerung wird erst durch die Anzahlung seitens des Kunden rechtskräftig. Die Anzahlung gewährleistet das die Behandlungszeit für Sie 100% reserviert ist.
Deswegen benötigen wir bei der Terminabsprache eine Anzahlung. Die Anzahlung erfolgt bei ihrer persönlichen, telefonischen oder Online-Anmeldung durch alle uns zugängliche Zahlungssysteme. Nach der Behandlung wird ihre Anzahlung mit dem Endpreis verrechnet.
NACHBEHANDLUNG
Bei Permanent Make-up Behandlungen ist eine Nachbehandlung bei 98 % aller Fälle notwendig und sollte spätestens nach 6 bis 12 Wochen nach der Behandlung vorgenommen werden.
Falls die Anmeldung für die Nachbehandlung nach 12 Wochen erfolgt, gilt diese Behandlung als Auffrischung und wird ihnen laut unserer Preisliste in Rechnung gestellt.
Die Nachbehandlung ist mit geringer Ausnahme für alle Kunden empfehlenswert.
TERMINVEREINBARUNG
Die Anmeldung für alle Behandlungen und Nachbehandlungen erfolgt online, per Telefon +43 670 506 6164 (Anruf oder WhatsAp) oder persönlich.
Die Preise für PMU Behandlungen, Nachbehandlungen und Auffrischung werden ab ihrem letzten Termin berechnet.

Additional treatments or follow-up treatments (at an additional cost) may be necessary to achieve the desired result. Despite our professional efforts, some factors may affect the result. This refers to the individual characteristics of each client. We ask you to follow all our recommendations in order to achieve the maximum desired result, especially during the healing process.
Our recommendations will help you avoid lymphatic secretions and increased skin sensitivity during the healing process, which can alter the final result.
